Preventing Is Better Than Repenting Later
Stretch marks are among the common problems faced by people today.
They occur usually when the skin is stretched beyond its elastic limit during pregnancy, body building and sometimes during puberty also, and are commonly found in abdomen area, breast, buttocks and legs. There are many ways to get rid of stretch marks but the question is how to get rid of stretch marks? The best solution to this problem is prevention of stretch marks itself before they surface.

Preventing stretch marks is not a tedious task and can be done as small part of daily routine. If someone is trying to prevent stretch marks, the first thing he or she must do is to tone up their body by doing regular exercise so that their skin becomes firm. Another important aspect of preventing stretch marks is to have a balanced diet, which is rich in vitamin C and E, as these two vitamins help in sustaining good muscle growth. Applying, lotions and creams, which contain cocoa butter and vitamin E, help in preventing and also reducing the already existing stretch marks. Women during their pregnancy should apply olive oil regularly twice a day to prevent stretch marks due to fetes growth near the abdomen area. Efforts should be made so that these marks never occur, because once they are there, they cannot be made to disappear completely without medical procedures.
